Delivery Policy

(a)    Delivery Charges.  All available delivery methods and delivery charges will be calculated and available on the shopping cart.  Once you have moved into the checkout process, your delivery methods may change depending on the destination and address. 

(b)    Delivery Location. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Grenada[We also accept orders from international customers who are delivering to addresses in Grenada only.] Delivery outside of Grenada is not available at this time.

(c)    Delivery ConditionsAn estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of delivery, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to internal delivery practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

(d)   Additional Delivery Charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges.

(e)    Damaged Items in Transport. If there is any damage to the items on delivery, contact us immediately at [email protected].

(f)      Missed Delivery/Incorrect Address. Once order is placed, a representative will make contact within 3 business days to arrange delivery. If for some reason you miss the delivery, the items will be returned to the store or warehouse and will be held for 30 days. The items will be available for pickup. New delivery arrangements may be made at an additional charge.
